Ireland!!!

Since we have some Irish heritage, it makes next week extra fun. I have three cookbooks I've been scouring for recipes. The first is Best of Irish Traditional Cooking by Biddy White Lennon. The second is a favourite of mine called The Complete Irish Pub Cookbook, an the third is called Farmette.

Lebanon

This week's country was Lebanon. We explored a few markets around Halifax, and sampled some food at Middle East Food Centre on Agricola Street. We also checked out the newer shop on the Bedford Highway.
